In February 2021, Marketing Pro Research Team completed another project for our European client. We recruited R&D specialists who work with enzymes in biopharmaceutical companies and laboratories developing diagnostic and analytical kits for food and feed analysis. The client wanted to conduct short (25-30 min) semi-structured interviews with the participants to know more about their needs and challenges they meet working with existing enzymes. Also, the client was particularly interested in including participants working on the production of vaccines.
Within two weeks, marketing professionals recruited a sample of eight specialists (mainly senior scientists, research project leaders, laboratory heads) for short half-hour interviews with a representative of the client’s company.
The target audience of this project was very narrow. Moreover, the participants had to articulate shortcomings of existing products and/or express needs that are not currently fulfilled by existing products. To ensure that each respondent is best qualified to the client’s requirements, the Marketing Pro Research staff was in constant communication with the client. We approved each participant with the client before booking the time and date of the interview.
We have completed the recruitment within the agreed timeframe by providing the client with qualified respondents and great research insights.
